When you are pressing the htv into the shirt you want to make sure you can see the texture of the shirt in the vinyl.
For heat transfer vinyl to work correctly it must be melted into the fabric.
The process we have been doing is after the vinyl has printed we peel the unwanted vinyl off then stick the tape over the print.
There are other possible reasons why this is happening.

The main reason why your htv is peeling off or have bubbles is probably due to an incorrect peeling method.

The white stayed on but the green fell off within minutes.

What didn t come off could be peeled off like a sticker.
Thus creating a stronger bond.
There are two ways that are used for this process always and they are the warm peel and cold peel.
Flip your shirt back to the front and peel off the transfer material.
It is likely that your heat transfer vinyl is peeling off due to the temperature of your heat press.
Pressing from the back drawers the adhesive further into the material of the shirt.
Heat an iron to a high heat setting.
If you can t see the texture all the way through the entire decal it will wash off.
Then press the top for 30 seconds to remove creases.

I have done it all from sublimation to screen printing to direct to garment to embroidery.
As a result the ink may start to peel from the corners of the print.

The ink from iron on transfers is subjected to normal wear and tear from repeated washes.
So all you need to do is increase the temperature 5 f to 10 f.
Fix the peeling ink from the shirt as soon as possible before it s too late.
